LEBANON, Ind. (WISH) - A former swim coach for Western Boone Jr. Sr. High School former was hit and killed by a vehicle Saturday while he was riding his bike, according to WANE's sister station, WISH .
The Lebanon Reporter said 55-year-old Duane Swisher died Saturday after his bicycle was hit by a Jeep.
The crash occurred just before 8:30 a.m. in rural Fountain County.
Officials say he was pronounced dead at a Crawfordsville Hospital.
This accident is still under investigation.
Western Boone is located in Thorntown, Indiana, about halfway between Lafayette and Indianapolis.
